Being a true leader is something Emmanuel believes in and strives for. He believes every organization must have true leadership as part of their foundation, therefore, Emmanuel is always found growing his leadership skills and knowledge, hence, the reason Zino Consulting fosters a leadership mindset in the businesses and organizations they support.

Emmanuel has held leadership positions for more than 12 years with organizations such as the Black Business Initiative, Province of Nova Scotia, and Bell Aliant/Bell Canada. He is dedicated to supporting communities by sitting on boards and participating in community events.

Emmanuel loves listening to Music, and he loves playing and learning new musical instruments. He has 2 beautiful children, Malachi and Rayah, with his wife Tiffani.

Tiwalola Adeyemi is a seasoned Financial Analyst with expertise in business analysis, financial accounting, and control and compliance analysis. Tiwalola has demonstrated proficiency and excelled in various roles across banking operations, regulatory compliance, business operations, reconciliation, internal control, audit, investigations, and project finance.Currently serving as an Advisor at Zino Consulting CPA Inc in Canada, Tiwalola brings extensive experience from previous roles such as Senior Financial Analyst at First City Monument Bank and Business Analyst at SprintLab Digital. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated proficiency in ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing financial performance, and fostering operational efficiency.

With a solid educational foundation including a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Analytics from Cape Breton University, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Tiwalola's academic achievements complement her extensive professional experience. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) since 2007.

Outside of the professional realm, Tiwalola is a dedicated wife and mother of two teenage girls, balancing the demands of a successful career with family life. With a commitment to excellence in both personal and professional endeavors, Tiwalola continues to make impactful contributions in the field of finance and business analysis.
